InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) to lead ministry on college campuses in Georgia. The role focuses on spiritual growth, campus leadership, collaboration, and partnership development with students, faculty, and local churches.

The position includes fundraising responsibilities and travel as needed. The CSM partner network emphasizes biblical standards of excellence, diversity, and mission alignment, with a salary funded through donor support and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or community college.
• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with the triune God through Scripture, prayer, and worship, in personal and communal contexts.
• Develop self-leadership, self-management, relational integrity and resiliency.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching and discipleship experiences.
• Set annual goals through prayer, research and reflection with teams for growth.
• Mobilize students and faculty to engage their networks and start new missional communities.
• Raise 100% of the assigned financial budget and manage fundraising activities.
• Collaborate with churches and volunteers to resource the ministry financially or prayerfully.
