Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for four-year campuses; associate’s for two-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and basic software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth through Scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Provide campus leadership by guiding students and faculty with Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship.
• Build and align plans, programs, and teams to reach annual ministry goals.
• Collaborate with national InterVarsity staff and partners to ensure excellence and integrity.
• Develop ministry partnerships to fund the campus ministry.
