Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in New York is seeking Campus Staff Ministers to advance graduate-student and faculty ministry on metro NYC campuses. You will lead students and faculty in Scripture, prayer, and discipleship experiences, shaping programs and teams to meet annual goals.

You will work with a network of staff and volunteers, raising funding to support ministry and developing partnerships with churches and alumni.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and model InterVarsity’s vision to transform campuses.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, and discipleship.
• Develop ministry plans and programs aligned with strategic goals.
• Raise 100% of ministry budget and develop partnerships.
