InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking Campus Staff Ministers for 40 hours/week on campuses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with positions listed at Rutgers University, Princeton University, and University of Delaware, among others.

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and Code of Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on four-year campuses; associate’s degree required for two-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural ministry skills; ability to engage diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth and model a growing love for God, Scripture, and people of every ethnicity.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship to advance the vision.
• Collaborate with local, area, regional, and national staff to maintain excellence and integrity.
• Develop partnerships with churches and individuals to resource the ministry financially, in prayer, or volunteering.
• Create and manage ministry plans, programs, and teams to meet annual goals.
