Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is seeking a Campus Ministry Associate in San Diego (Undergraduate Ministry) for a part-time, on-campus role. The position focuses on training and performing the duties of a Campus Staff Minister with intensive development potential.

You will engage with ministry teams, teach Scripture, and develop leadership among students and faculty on campus, while aligning with InterVarsity’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Annual affirm InterVarsity’s doctrinal base and purpose statement.
• Bachelor’s degree required for non-enrolled candidates assigned to four-year campuses; Associate’s degree required for two-year campuses.
• Willing to receive training to become a Campus Staff Minister.
• Prior experience with InterVarsity or campus ministry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate and be fully engaged in the ministry team to cast spiritual vision and direction.
• Teach students to love, study and apply Scripture.
• Assist in leading ministry to students and faculty on campus.
• Promote the Mission on campus and seek opportunities to proclaim the Gospel.
