Qualifications

• Masters or doctoral degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work or related field.
• Eligibility for licensure in Michigan within one month of start date.
• Ability to work in a diverse student population with cultural humility.
• Clinical skills in short-term counseling and crisis intervention.
• Experience in outreach programming and collaborative team-based care.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with strong communication.
• Ability to meet essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Provide culturally responsive individual, couples, and group counseling.
• Deliver campus outreach and prevention services.
• Maintain 25 client contact hours weekly plus 12 hours of paperwork.
• Offer consultation to colleagues, faculty, staff, and parents.
• Provide crisis intervention during office hours.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Adhere to scope of practice and professional standards.
• Maintain licensure and meet ongoing development requirements.
