The University of Michigan Counseling Center is seeking a 12-month, full-time staff counselor to provide mental health services to undergraduate and graduate students, with outreach and training duties. The role supports hybrid work arrangements and reports to CAPS leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a psychology or counseling field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan within 2 years if applicable.
• Clinical experience with college student/young adult populations.

Responsabilités

• Direct clinical service including individual/group counseling and crisis coverage.
• Administrative tasks: documentation, meetings, care coordination.
• Training, supervision of psychology trainees, and teaching/seminars.
• Outreach to increase mental health awareness and reduce stigma on campus.

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or Counseling

Licensed or license eligible in Michigan (LLMSW/LMSW/LPC or equivalent)
