Job summary

Yami is seeking a Marketing Intern - Community Marketing to create promotional content and lead campus and group ambassadors in weekly promotions and branding activities. You will maintain social channels and expand reach within student communities.

The role covers event planning, ambassador coordination, influencer outreach, and active community engagement, with a 3-month term and potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong interest in social media/community marketing and influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with Rednote and current social media trends.
• Experience creating and editing short-form videos and digital content.
• Familiar with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Experience with CSSA is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Onsite M-F in the Brea office; able to engage in offline events.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and coordinating student ambassadors across campuses.
• Communicating with ambassadors about campaigns, guidelines, and activity tracking.
• Plan and execute on-campus events, engagement activities, and content initiatives.
• Encourage ambassadors to create and share engaging social media content featuring Yami's products.
• Maintain relationships with student groups (e.g., CSSA) and sponsor events.
• Monitor Yami RED account, reply to comments, and promote the RED order share program.
• Coordinate influencer outreach, UGC content, and campaign timelines.
• Assist with other marketing initiatives, community events, and cross-functional projects.
