Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring a Marketing Intern at Catholic University in Washington, DC. You’ll support the Marketing Manager with research, planning, promotions, and implementation of the dining program.

This paid internship offers opportunities to spearhead projects, gain hands‑on experience, and develop marketing skills in a campus setting. You will work on events, social media, and brand representation, with eligibility for Instapay, and a schedule flexible to class commitments.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience or knowledge.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork.
• Interest in marketing and brand promotion.
• Experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
• Previous marketing or event planning experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing and hosting events.
• Assist with Dine on Campus initiatives.
• Develop and promote social media calendars and promotions.
• Act as a brand representative for the dining program.
• Conduct marketing audits and coordinate campaigns.
