Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the campus dining program. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to research needs, plan and promote across platforms, and implement campaigns on campus.

This paid internship offers real-world marketing exposure, opportunities to lead projects, and a chance to develop skills in branding, events, and digital outreach.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with social media platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing and hosting events.
• Assist with Dine on Campus initiatives.
• Assist in social media calendar development and promotions.
• Act as a brand representative on campus.
• Survey students to collect marketing research.
• Create marketing materials to numerous specifications.
• Manage signage in multiple locations.
• Assist with concept development, campaigns and imagery.
• Manage website and social profile content.
• Attend meetings or other events as required.
