Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is seeking a Marketing Intern in Oxford, OH to boost student engagement across campus. You will work with the Marketing Manager on creative campaigns, events, surveys, and brand activations, both front-facing and behind the scenes.

This paid internship emphasizes experiential marketing and peer-to-peer outreach. You will help plan dining events, tabling activities, and promotions, while analyzing campaign results and gathering consumer insights.

• Prior marketing, social media, photography, or event experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Dining Ambassador by engaging with students and generating excitement around dining programs, events, promotions, and new initiatives.
• Build authentic peer-to-peer connections and help create a welcoming, energetic campus dining environment.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing dining events and promotional activities.
• Represent Miami Dining at tabling events, orientations, campus programs, and special events.
• Conduct student surveys, gather feedback, and support market research efforts.
• Collaborate on brainstorming sessions and marketing campaign development.
• Support Dine on Campus initiatives and digital marketing efforts.
• Track campaign results and contribute to marketing analytics and reporting.
• Conduct marketing audits and evaluate promotional effectiveness across locations.
• Manage signage and marketing materials throughout multiple dining locations.
• Assist with administrative and operational marketing projects as needed.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and special events.
