Qualifications

• 0-1 year related maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and follow basic instructions.
• Ability to operate power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair general building systems.
• Perform routine plumbing tasks and fixture replacements.
• Handle basic electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures).
• Complete general carpentry work (doors, hardware).
• Roof, gutter, and downspout maintenance and repair.
• Install window screens and appliances.
• Change HVAC filters; assist with minor HVAC tasks.
• Repair drywall, paint, and install ceiling tile.
• Mount whiteboards, monitors, bulletin boards.
• Prepare classrooms and residence halls for occupancy.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes.
