Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs, construction, and maintenance of university buildings and systems across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Install, operate, maintain, modify, and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration control systems.
• Interpret EMS alarms and room conditions to troubleshoot issues and optimize building performance.
