The role requires 3+ years in building trades, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work outdoors, on-call shifts, and with CMMS software; on-site work in Bala Cynwyd, PA, with opportunities for hands-on training and career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of general maintenance or building trades experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• MUST pass criminal background check.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain school buildings and facilities.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, and electrical tasks.
• Set up and tear down for campus events.
• Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.
• On-call duties as needed.
• Assist with campus safety drills and traffic flow.
