Qualifications

Responsibilities

• supervise trades staff and provide leadership to forepersons and lead staff.
• Partner with the Shop Manager on maintenance planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure safety compliance and support training programs.
• Identify maintenance needs and foster a collaborative environment.
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to plan and prioritize workloads.
