Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport in the campus store environment.
• Process sales at point-of-sale and handle cash/credit card payments.
• Assist with in-store receiving, locating textbooks, general merchandise, and print production.
• Ship and fulfill course material orders and manage shipping processes.
• Sort and receive incoming mail packages; prepare and dispatch outgoing mail daily.
• Deliver mail/packages across campus and assist with campus mail routes as needed.
• Complete monthly billing or related clerical tasks as required.
