Qualifications

• Extensive customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash and card payments.
• Familiarity with POS systems and daily sales tasks.
• Ability to ship and track textbooks and merchandise.
• Spreadsheet and document workflow on Excel/Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and build rapport around campus.
• Support students, parents, staff, and faculty to promote sales and solve problems.
• Process POS transactions, phone and online orders, and shipping.
• Assist in-store receiving and locating textbooks and merchandise.
• Ship textbooks and general merchandise as applicable.
• Handle course material orders and basic clerical tasks.
