Job summary

University System of New Hampshire is seeking a central receiving and logistics coordinator for Holloway Commons. You will manage daily receiving, storage, and distribution of food products, supplies, and equipment from multiple vendors, and oversee the campus-wide foodservice fleet.

The role supports seven-day operations, including special events, with emphasis on inventory accuracy and safe, efficient transportation across campus.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of storeroom, receiving, logistics or similar experience in foodservice/warehouse.
• Valid driver’s license required; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store products from multiple vendors.
• Manage inventory, storage areas (G24 and others), and FIFO rotations.
• Coordinate fleet and product transportation for campus locations and events.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of loading dock and receiving areas.
