Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (HSED or GED).
• 1 year of landscape or grounds-related work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required and ability to be insured by IU.
• Ability to operate landscape tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Mows, trims, and edges turf areas with riding or push mowers.
• Mulches, weeds, plants beds; maintains flower beds and edges.
• Prunes trees and shrubs; rakes leaves; performs snow/ice removal.
• Operates power tools and machinery for groundskeeping tasks.
• Supports general building maintenance and campus operations as needed.
• Available to work shifts and assist during weather emergencies.
