Qualifications

• 2 years of greenhouse production experience.
• 2 years of landscape or grounds-related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains plant health including weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.
• Operates nursery and groundskeeping equipment.
• Installs and maintains native landscapes.
• Identifies pests and provides emergency ground responses.

Skills

Ability to work safely and efficiently

Proficient in English written and verbal communication

Strong verbal communication and listening skills

Knowledge of basic plant identification

Ability to operate dump truck and other garden machinery
