Responsibilities

• Delivers quality customer service with one-on-one attention to detail.
• Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
• Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence.
• Adjust or cover schedules during times of short staffing.
• Ensure team members meet standards via quality assurance surveys.
• Monitor and report equipment issues or shortages.
• Conduct customer and patient surveys.
• Interact with patients/customers respectfully for age-based competencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
