Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in Cedar City, UT is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time DISHWASHER positions at Southern Utah University. Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and utensils in orderly, sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses dishes; uses dishwashing machine as assigned; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays following procedures; maintains sanitation.
• Polishes silver using various methods as required; maintains cleanliness.
• Keeps the dish area clean and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; cleans work surfaces, walls, refrigerators and prep areas.
