Responsibilities

• Coordinate tickets between the line and pickup.
• Check orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before it goes out.
• Maintain ticket times on track during high-volume rushes.
• Communicate clearly with cooks and front-of-house staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe expediting station.
