Job summary

California State University, San Bernardino on-campus positions are available for Student Assistants to support the Coyote Chronicle articles and publications under faculty supervision on the San Bernardino Campus.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to learn quickly, and collaboration with faculty, staff, and other students. Work includes organizing materials, maintaining files, and assisting with publication tasks.

Qualifications

• Maintain a 2.0 GPA or greater per semester.
• Enrolled in CSUSB at least halftime units (6 undergrad; 3 grad).
• International students must have full‑time enrollment (12 undergrad; 6 grad).
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Payroll requirement: Social Security Card.

Responsibilities

• Organize documentation submitted and processed for publication.
• Maintain files (creating, updating, and organizing).
• Perform other duties as assigned by overseeing Faculty.
