Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or NCIDQ certification/licensed interior designer.
• Minimum five years of interior design experience.
• Knowledge of space planning, FF&E procurement, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp; experience with AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide interior design consultation and in-house services for university projects including renovations and space renewals.
• Develop test fits, space plans, and furniture plans; prepare finish boards and presentation graphics.
• Coordinate FF&E budgets, drawings, schedules, and installation.
• Ensure designs align with university standards across projects and occupancies.
