Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Campus Integration & Multi-EPC Coordination Lead for pharmaceutical manufacturing programs across multiple U.S. locations.

You will act as the owner's integration authority, govern interfaces, and drive cross-contractor alignment across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities. Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in major capital programs, strong governance and executive reporting experience, and the ability to lead large, matrixed teams through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Program Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of professional experience managing major capital programs.
• Minimum 10 years leading integration, program management, or portfolio management on complex programs.
• Experience with multiple EPC contractors and major capital project teams.
• Programs exceeding $1 billion in capital value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's lead integration authority across prime contractors, EPC firms, construction managers, and delivery partners.
• Establish campus-wide governance, interface management, and coordination processes.
• Develop and manage a contractor interface management framework.
• Ensure alignment across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and operations.
• Lead cross-contractor coordination meetings and executive issue resolution sessions.
• Identify, document, assign, and track interface risks between delivery organizations.
• Drive resolution of contractor disputes before escalation to client leadership.
• Establish ownership structures for shared systems, campus infrastructure, utilities, and handoffs.
• Coordinate integrated campus sequencing and construction execution strategies.
• Validate alignment of contractor schedules with campus milestones and readiness.
• Partner with Project Controls to identify schedule conflicts and critical-path impacts.
• Facilitate alignment between engineering, construction, commissioning, validation, and startup.
• Lead management of campus-wide constraints including logistics and shutdowns.
• Develop executive-level reporting that highlights risks and mitigations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to Lilly leadership regarding coordination challenges.
• Drive implementation of lessons learned and best practices across teams.
• Support development of common standards, procedures, and governance models.
• Ensure consistent communication pathways across client, contractor, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client leaders and program stakeholders.
• Promote a collaborative, one-team culture with accountability.
