Job summary

Anne Arundel Community College is seeking a part-time Information Center Assistant to support the Student Information & Visitor Programs. You will greet campus visitors, share current information, and guide them to students, departments, and services in a courteous manner.

You will also lead guided walking tours for prospective students and assist with daily operations at the Information Center, with flexible morning, afternoon, and evening shifts totaling 16–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of AACC campus.
• One year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet campus visitors and provide information and directions in the Information Center.
• Assist students and prospective students with inquiries and campus guidance.
• Provide guided walking tours for prospective students.
