Aramark seeks an HVAC Technician to keep campus facilities safe, comfortable, and reliable in Cambridge, MA. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while working with a supportive team and engaging with customers.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification.
• At least 2 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to remove snow.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems and installations.
• Service heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, and central air conditioning systems.
• Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, systems inspections, and manage the work order system.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.
• Work safely following company standards and PPE guidelines.
• Collaborate with coworkers and office staff to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Be accessible to respond outside of regular working hours.
