Candidates should have a high school diploma and 3–5 years of experience with air handling equipment, BAS, piping fabrication, and troubleshooting; must lift 50 lbs and possess a valid driver’s license. Hourly rate is $33.70/hr with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• HVAC and plumbing experience in service, maintenance, repair and installation.
• Familiarity with boilers, steam and hot water systems, chillers, refrigeration.
• Ability to fabricate and install piping for repairs and troubleshoot electrically/mechanically.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair campus HVAC, plumbing, and BAS control systems.
• Inspect, service, and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and plumbing components; ensure safe operation.
