Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a large facility.
• Minimum 3 years in HVAC and/or refrigeration.
• Ability to understand complex interrelationships between utility systems.
• Willingness to work off-shifts and be available for 24-hour emergencies.
• Trade school completion and high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, installs, troubleshoots and repairs HVAC+R systems.
• Completes and documents service requests with time/materials.
• Develops scopes of work and procures materials.
• Oversees shutdowns during construction activities.
• Monitors building automation systems.
• Performs daily inspections and optimizes performance.
• Provides status updates to stakeholders and scope changes.
• Trains coworkers in trades work.
