Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll and timesheets.
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Understand HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process full-time and part-time payroll and contracts; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage timesheet data, validate signatures, input hours into systems.
• Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, benefits, offboarding.
• Oversee benefits programs and communications; guide on FMLA, STD, pensions, workers' comp, parental leave.
• Serve as primary contact for onboarding and policy guidance.
• Provide training and support to administrators and employees on HR policies.
• Collect and analyze HR data; prepare routine reports.
• Maintain employee records and respond to data requests.
• Participate in committees and campus events to improve HR processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
