Job summary

Evening/weekend availability and live-on housing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of related experience.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive residential community that promotes student involvement, personal development, and academic success.
• Design and implement educational and social initiatives using data to inform programming decisions.
• Maintain a visible, accessible presence and connect residents with campus resources.
• Recruit, train, supervise Resident Assistants and student employees.
• Direct day-to-day housing operations including move-in/move-out and room changes.
• Monitor safety, conduct, and crisis response as CSA.
