Responsibilities

• Clearly and effectively exchange information with residents and staff.
• Provide customer service and enforce policies to promote a safe living environment.
• Respond to incidents and complete documentation.
• Assist with hall opening/closing, shift reports, and work orders.
• Maintain front desk and back‑office organization and integrity.
