Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate daily work schedules for housekeeping and custodial team members.
• Monitor work performance and inspect completed cleaning tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead, coach, and support team members while promoting accountability and productivity.
• Train new employees and provide retraining as needed on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety standards.
• Perform cleaning duties in classrooms, residence halls, offices, common areas, restrooms, and high-traffic campus spaces.
• Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools.
• Follow proper procedures for trash collection, disposal, and recycling.
• Conduct quality inspections and address service or cleanliness concerns promptly.
• Submit maintenance and repair requests through established work order processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Aramark standards.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Secure equipment rooms and company assets as required.
