Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Manager to lead daily custodial operations across a large campus setting, ensuring clean, safe environments for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. You will guide custodial supervisors and frontline staff, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in custodial or facilities management and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with strong knowledge of cleaning methods and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of custodial, housekeeping, environmental services, or facilities management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading hourly teams.
• Strong knowledge of custodial equipment, cleaning methods, chemicals, and safety practices.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, and operational performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily custodial operations across academic buildings, residence halls, administrative offices, athletic facilities, and public spaces.
• Develop cleaning schedules, project plans, and quality assurance programs.
• Ensure campus facilities meet cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance standards.
• Coordinate staffing and resources for events, commencements, orientations, conferences, and campus activities.
• Monitor work order completion and respond to customer service requests.
