Job summary

Responsibilities include routine custodial services, floor care, restroom upkeep, waste removal, and coordinating event setups.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or pest control work directly related to the area of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Downtown campus custodial team under the supervision of the campus administrator.
• Schedule assignments for all custodial personnel and ensure tasks meet established standards.
• Perform and oversee routine custodial services: cleaning, sanitizing, floor care, restroom maintenance, waste removal.
• Coordinate event setups, room arrangements, event breakdowns, and special cleaning projects.
• Maintain inventory of custodial supplies and equipment; assist with ordering and documentation of equipment.
• Monitor facility conditions and communicate maintenance, safety, and custodial needs to supervisors.
• Provide custodial coverage during staffing shortages to ensure uninterrupted services.
