The Barry Robinson Center in Norfolk, VA is seeking a full-time Housekeeper. The role involves providing housekeeping services across the campus according to standard practices, with hours Monday through Friday 10:00am–6:30pm and one Sunday per month.

Salary ranges from $16 to $18 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Essential duties include cleaning bathrooms, dusting, maintaining dorm laundry areas, and ensuring supplies are stocked.

Qualifications

• Experience in general housekeeping.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties for the Center, cleaning walls, floors, woodwork, windows, doors, furniture, fixtures, rest rooms and bedrooms.
