Fluidstack is building its early careers function from the ground up, seeking a leader to own strategy, infrastructure, and full-cycle recruiting for interns and new graduates across technical and non-technical teams.

You will design and execute university relationships, partner with TA, Compensation, and TA Ops, and scale programs across campuses where top talent concentrates. This role blends strategy, operations, and hands-on execution to shape Fluidstack's future.

Qualifications
