Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Campus Manager for Health & Safety to lead safety operations across all projects within a mission critical campus. This role manages the campus safety team, partners with client leadership, and ensures consistent safety practices throughout construction, energization, commissioning, and turnover.

Reporting to a Senior Health and Safety Manager, the position requires on-site work and a track record of building strong safety programs, conducting investigations, and

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety professionals on complex or concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and high-hazard activities.
• Experience in mission critical, data center, industrial, or comparable environments.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification; OSHA 30-hour construction training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Health and Safety program, site-specific safety plans, and client requirements across the campus.
• Mentor safety professionals, including staffing, training, performance reviews, and career development.
• Coordinate outside safety consultants and support recruiting and retention efforts.
• Conduct inspections, evaluate subcontractor safety performance, and address hazards and compliance concerns.
• Lead incident investigations and communicate findings to campus leadership.
