Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in career education.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, preferably with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Directs campus operations to meet student, employee, and business goals.
• Oversees enrollment and graduate services targets and budget profitability.
• Leads academic and student services alignment with program outcomes.
• Manages campus HR, staffing, performance, and professional development.
