Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related work experience, with a valid driver’s license. The position offers comprehensive benefits and requires on-site work Monday through Friday, with varied hourly shifts.

• Valid driver’s license and insurability by college carrier to drive college vehicles.
• Must pass background check.
• This position designates temporary College closures or adverse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ground maintenance of college property (mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, snow removal) to keep grounds hazard-free and attractive.
• Performs landscaping duties (planting, care of plants, retaining walls, edging).
• Inspects and maintains tools, equipment, and sprinkler system.
• Inspects and maintains vehicles and equipment daily.
• Picks up litter and debris and empties trash receptacles.
• Assists in facility use set-ups.
• Attends work and related activities as scheduled.
