Job summary

Academy District 20 is seeking a Facilities Groundskeeper in Colorado Springs to maintain lawns, irrigation and athletic fields across district sites. You will operate equipment, perform repairs, and keep outdoor areas neat. A Colorado driver’s license and a high school diploma are required; CDL-B is preferred.

The position is on-site, 40 hours per week, with a compensation range of $21.43–$22.50 per hour, and annual benefits. Estimated start date is 11/03/2026.

Qualifications

• Colorado Driver’s License is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, fences, and athletic fields across district sites.
• Operate machinery including power mowers, snow plows, weed trimmers.
• Maintain irrigation sprinkler systems and components.
• Shovel, plow, and sand roadways and parking lots as needed.
