Job summary

Culver Academies in Culver, Indiana, is seeking a dedicated groundskeeper to maintain lawns, landscapes, and pathways across our 1,800-acre campus.

You will perform spring/summer maintenance, leaf cleanup in fall, and winter ice and snow removal, with responsibilities supported by paid time off, health benefits, and a on-site health clinic. A High School Diploma or GED and a valid Indiana driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have the physical ability to perform duties including lifting 50+ pounds and operating equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and follow safety protocols.
• Valid Indiana driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lawn care and landscaping throughout the spring and summer.
• Leaf clean-up during the fall season.
• Ice and snow removal in the winter.
