Responsibilities

• Mows, trims, and edges lawns with various equipment and maintains beds and plantings.
• Applies seed, fertilizer, and chemicals as directed.
• Snow and ice removal as needed and participates in general maintenance.
• Maintains parking lots, signage, and cleans up debris; assists with lighting and minor repairs.
