Job summary

Trinity Basin Preparatory, Inc. seeks a Grounds Worker to maintain all exterior campus grounds, ensuring a safe, attractive environment for students and staff. A district vehicle and equipment will be provided to perform duties across multiple campuses.

The role requires mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal tasks; candidates should lift up to 50 lbs and be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Immediate start with full-time expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care and landscaping duties: mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, watering.
• Maintain flower beds, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping features.
• Remove trash and hazards to keep grounds clean and safe.
• Handle seasonal tasks: leaf removal, snow/ice treatment (if applicable), irrigation care.
• Inspect grounds and report safety hazards or needed repairs.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely.
• Support district warehouse operations as needed, including inventory and deliveries.
• Follow safety guidelines and district policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
