• Assume responsibility to make minor repairs of any nature in facilities and sites.
• Detect needed repairs following inspection procedures.
• Receive and complete work orders; maintain accurate records on material and labor used.
• Recognizes when a specialized trade is needed to solve problems.
• Examine facilities owned by the district on a regular basis for purposes of preventative maintenance.
• Comply with working guidelines of the department.
• Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
• Respond to emergency calls as needed.
