Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 9th grade completion.

Responsibilities

• This position may perform the following groundskeeping maintenance tasks on University properties: edging, raking, power blowing, weed eating, pulling weeds, and removal of litter and debris from assigned areas, and watering plants.
• Performs other miscellaneous tasks, including, but not limited to transplanting plant materials, plant installation for minor landscape renovations, soil excavation, and removal.
• Ensure that all manual and power equipment is in proper working condition and reports maintenance problems to the supervisor. Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor or higher authority.
