Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping tasks: mowing, edging, raking, mulching, power blowing, weed eating, pulling weeds, light pruning, watering plants.
• Debris/leaf removal, trash pickup, and spreading landscape materials such as pine straw, bark, or rocks to maintain attractive grounds.
• Assist landscaping tasks: planting bushes, shrubs, and trees; maintain turf with push mowers; prepare landscaped areas with soil work and re-sodding.
• Safely operate and maintain grounds equipment; report maintenance issues to supervisor; follow safety protocols.
• Complete assigned tasks as directed by supervisor or higher authority.
