Qualifications

Able to lift 20-50 lbs routinely.
Active and valid driver’s license required and in good standing.
Ability to work overhead and outdoors for extended periods.
Responsibilities
Perform daily grounds upkeep including weed removal, trimming, mulching, and trash disposal.
Apply chemical treatments to lawns following safety guidelines.
Maintain inventory of lawn supplies and ensure equipment maintenance.
Report safety issues to Maintenance Supervisor.
Keep employee uniform and present a professional appearance.
Provide courteous and timely response to requests for assistance.
Adhere to all College policies and procedures.
Assist with grounds maintenance at other campuses as needed.
Flexible schedule and location may be required.
Other duties as assigned.
