Job summary

Cal State Fullerton's Facilities Management, Landscape Services, is seeking a Groundsworker to maintain campus grounds including lawns, trees, shrubs, and beds. The role requires safe work practices, physical stamina, and reliability in a team setting.

Under supervision, you will perform gardening tasks, operate light equipment, and support campus beautification aligned with CSUF's mission. A California driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of general gardening and grounds maintenance methods.
• Ability to operate small grounds equipment and read written instructions.
• One year of experience in landscaping or general grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general gardening and landscape maintenance for campus grounds.
• Operate light equipment and use PPE; maintain safety standards.
